NO QUESTION SEEMS TO BE TOO BASIC

USER	I couldn't get my new computer to come on.
HELP DESK	Check the computer was plugged in and then asked the woman what happened when she pushed the power button.
USER	I've pushed and pushed on this foot pedal and nothing happens,
HELP DESK	Foot pedal?
USER	Yes, this little BLUE foot pedal with the on switch, the foot pedal,
HELP DESK	That's the computer's mouse, a hand-operated device that helps to control the computer's operations.

USER	I've unpacked the unit, plugged it in, opened it up and sat there for 20 minutes waiting for something to happen
HELPDESK	What happened when you pressed the power on switch
USER	'What power switch?

USER	I need a new keyboard, this one does not have all the keys, I missing the ANY key
HELPDESK	What ?
USER	I was running this program and it ask me to PRESS ANY KEY ?

USER	My PC will not load software, I put disk 1 in the PC, which installs fine, then it ask for disk 2
HELPDESK	What's message do you get on the screen
USER	I get no message, it just will not accept disk 2
	The User was trying to force disk 2 in without taking disk 1 out.

USER	I'm having trouble read a floppy disk
HELPDESK	Put the floppy disk in the disk drive and close the door, what message you get
	The User had put the disk in the computer and went to close the door to his room ! !

USER	I'm have some Word-processing files on the disk which I cant read
HELPDESK	Please send a copy of the disk to see if we can recover the files for you
	A Photocopy of the disk arrives a few days latter.

USER	My PC FAX software will not send a FAX
HELPDESK	Which part does it fail on ?
USER	I hold my piece of paper upto the monitor and press the SEND.
